A noon snap of the magnificent Niludhan Falls in Dawis village, 43 km from Bayawan City proper in Negros Oriental last January 03.
How to get there: Ceres Liner Buses ply the Dumaguete-Bayawan route at 30 minutes interval at the Dumaguete Ceres Terminal. Van-for-Hire also serves the route at their terminal located few meters before the Ceres Bus terminal. Travel takes around 1 to 2 hours. From Bayawan City proper, take another Ceres Bus for Mabinay (check the schedule with the Dispatcher) or take the motorcycle (habal-habal) ride.

hi can you gave us a exact detail from bayawan city proper to niludhan falls. it’s beautiful.. i am very much interested to see that place.
Thank you for dropping by. Niludhan Falls is about 43 kilometers from the city proper and may take about an hour to reach. If you have your own vehicle, you can drive your way to Brgy. Dawis via the Bayawan-Mabinay Road (from Dumaguete, turn right when you reach the City Triangle). Take note, the road beyond Sitio Gamao is rough and bumpy at present. If you’re commuting, you can either take the Ceres Bus (there at least 2 trips, BAY-MAB & vice versa) which will drop you few meters from the site; or take the Habal-Habal for a more exciting and fun roadtrip. If you still have time, you can also drop by Lourdes Falls in Brgy Narra on your way back. For more info and guidance, you may contac the city Tourism Office (531-0743). Enjoy!
Note: At present, there are still limited facilities/amenities at the Falls, but you can still enjoy the view, especially from below.
